The relief valve discharge pressure tester XT72 series

This detector is dedicated to setting pressure of safety valve (also called "opening pressure" or "release stress"), can also test the burst pressure containers of all kinds (also called "maximum pressure"), through the setting of the relief valve discharge pressure upper limit and lower limit, can detect and display the relief valve discharge interval (low, normal and high) and the maximum pressure before discharge, automatically shut down after the relief valve discharge air (energy-saving, environmental protection). The using my company's new XT0706 chassis series.

L site operation instructions

1. The site must be equipped with compressed air, the output pressure is slightly larger than testing pressure (pressure reducing valve by adjusting the air compressor implementation);

2. Connect the power supply and ventilation way, set up safety normal discharge upper limit and lower limit, adjust the pressure regulating valve inlet pressure slightly higher than the upper limit.

3. Press the start button, gas path through, as the measured pressure relief valve, safety valve to be tested according to the discharge pressure can be divided into three kinds of circumstances, at the same time program controller always stay in front of the relief valve discharge "maximum pressure", the next time pressure automatically remove the "maximum pressure";
