L site operation instructions

1. The site must be equipped with compressed air, the output pressure is slightly larger than testing pressure (pressure reducing valve by adjusting the air compressor implementation);

2. Connect the power supply and ventilation way, set up safety normal action of upper and lower limit, adjust the pressure regulating valve inlet pressure slightly higher than the upper limit.

3. Press the start button, gas path connected, for the measured pressure switch, pressure measured pressure switch will be according to the operating pressure is divided into three kinds of situations, and the program controller keeps pressure switch action before the "maximum pressure", the next time pressure automatically remove the "maximum pressure";

L the blue light is lit, said pressure switch action when the pressure is lower than the lower limit value, unqualified;

L green indicator; Said pressure switch action when pressure is higher than the lower limit value and below the upper limit value, qualified;

L red indicator; Said on the pressure switch pressure is higher than the upper limit value and pressure switch is not action, unqualified (in order to ensure the safety of the operator and the pressure switch, the system will automatically discharge pressure source).
