Air workstation XT69 series experiment

1. Overview:

XT69 series test air station is my company technical staff after the accumulated long-term working experience for need special source of customers and applications. Can safely, automatic to produce high pressure and low pressure of compressed air, used for air tightness test and safety valve discharge detection, pressure switch to flip, container or pipeline pressure test of occasions (such as production workshop, laboratory, attendees, exhibition, etc.).

2. Features:

The air supply station micro air pump with low noise, high than the booster pump, shape for the tool (with castor and drawer), so it is more convenient to use, more suitable for outdoor air no special occasions.

3. The main performance:

Low pressure: 10 ~ 700 kpa (digital display);

High pressure: 0.7 ~ 80 mpa (digital display);

Working power supply: 220 v, 50 hz;

Precision level: 0.5 on the Richter scale;

Dimensions: 380 x 500 x 250 high wide deep mm3;

All stainless steel trunk, high-grade foot, see figure.

Can set the parameters:

Can set the upper and lower limit of low pressure, the upper and lower limit of high pressure, high pressure driven pressure value (pointer type pressure gauge shows);

4. The operating instructions:

1. After turning on the power supply, and digital display table immediately enter the working state of the indicator (to on the digital display control instrument, lower limit setting).

2 after switch on pump work, low pressure pump into the work state, low pressure air pump to accept digital display control instrument control (low pressure pump have a corresponding indicator light work instructions), set the automatic pressure control at preset, the lower limit range;

After working switch 3. Open the high-pressure pump, booster pump into the work state (former is enough low pressure air supply), high pressure pump to accept digital display control instrument control (booster pump work have a corresponding indicator light indicates), set the automatic pressure control at preset, the lower limit range. Can adjust the pressure regulator, the output of high pressure air pressure control within the required pressure value;

4. In case of emergency, you can press the "safety brake switch" on the panel, you can immediately cut off the power supply of low pressure pump and booster pump work, preserving digital pressure gauge instructions.
